Obamacare Website Attacked

A fight with the house, criticism from the media, waning public support, failure to educate the public, a poorly designed website and now a denial of service attack, Obamacare can’t catch a break.

Arbor Networks, a network and security management company, found a tool written in Delphi which attacks https://www.healthcare.gov, and https://www.healthcare.gov/contact-us. When the tool is executed it displays the following message:

DestroyOamaCare

Fortunately the executable is not robust enough to cause any outages of service. Of course if it is executed by enough nodes anything is possible. But one thing is certain, the message it displays is clear.

Let’s hope this doesn’t lead to more attacks, because whether you like Obamacare or not, attacking the site just gives the federal government more cause to regulate and investigate internet communications

  1. My spouse and I stumbled over here by a different web
page and thought I might as well check things out. I like what I see so
i am just following you. Look forward to looking over
    your web page repeatedly.
